Hello TINAD world! Okay, so I know I’ve been away and that’s because I really haven’t been doing anything, sad I know, but I’ve been busy with life and I know there should be no excuse but I have one. So yea … New news to everyone who doesn’t know me, I’m engaged, YAY! So you know what that means, workoutworkoutworkout, yeup. I’m going to start following the same plan I had before and workout like crazy, well I hope so, and I also bought a treadmill so I will be using that to the fullest. I will be posting all my updates from now on til I reach my goal for my wedding which is this Sept, ahhhh. So if anyone has some advice for me please do not hesitate to let me know. Okay well here’s to all soon-to-be Brides!

Okay so don’t laugh at this audio post it was my first time and I sound so amateur but it will get better. This was my first official form of exercise that I started on Saturday and I made it sound like I walked way far but it wasn’t really. You see, me and exercise haven’t been friends for a while but we made up today. It was a lot for me but it was worth it. I enjoyed it very much because it felt good plus the scenery wasn’t too bad either. Well that’s all for now, until next time. Peace out!

So Far So Good!
Hey Everyone I hope your work week has gone good, mine sure has! I just wanted to update you guys on how my first week has gone. It really has been good because I haven’t ate like before and that’s eating when I’m not hungry and snacking I think that’s my biggest problem and that’s what got me to where I am today. When I do eat I’ve been consuming half portions and I feel really good and I’m also taking my USANA Vitamins which is even better. I also cut back on my soda intake and just drank water which has made me feel better, sleep better and have more energy Well that’s been my week and so far so good. I hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend. Peace out!

So this first day of Not Dieting has started off great! I don’t feel pressure to lose weight and I’m motivated to lose weight! So here’s a great kick off to the rest of the year!
